一、你是超級英雄迷嗎?Yes or No?

正方： 別說話!我是超級英雄迷。

A. For me, superheroes are more like symbols of bravery, justice and love than just some comic figures.

對我來說，超級英雄更像是勇敢、爭議和愛的象征，而非一些簡單的動漫人物。

More than在這里表示不只是的意思， 并不是多于某數量。 Some comic figure 中some 是美式口語中常用的一個點，表示普通的、一般的。

B. Though they are created, they will keep carrying the dreams in our childhood.

盡管他們是虛構的，但是他們會一直承載著我們兒時的夢想。

這里要注意although, though 都表達盡管的意思但是千萬不能和but 連用，同理 because 和so 也不能在同一個句子中連用。這一點和我們中文中學的關聯詞有較大區別。

C. It is profound we carry the thought that the justice can triumph over the evil.

懷有正義能夠戰勝邪惡的信念對我們來說是非常重要的。

Profound 是意義深遠的意思，可以引申為重要。 Triumph作名詞可以表示勝利、凱旋，作動詞可以直接表達獲得勝利。

反方：不好意思，我不是英雄飯。

A. The movies are interesting, but I don’t buy it at all.

電影是很有意思，但是我一點也不相信這些。

Buy it 可以解釋為買賬，相信的意思。舉例來說，你為了給某人驚喜特地編造了善意的謊言，如果當事人相信了你的話那么你就可以說，He or She buys it!

B. I seldom believe supernatural stuff. They are unrealistic.

我幾乎不相信超自然的東西，他們太不現實了。

不相信除了用don’t 這種簡單的說法， 你可以用一些否定副詞來表達，如never, seldom, scarcely等。 Stuff 本身是材料、物品的意思， 那么在口語中表示就是“東西”， 如beautiful stuff 漂亮的東西。

C. All those superheroes are made up, I prefer to believe the heroes existing in the reality.

所有的超級英雄都是虛構的，我更愿意相信現實中的英雄。

Make up 有組成、補足、化妝、編造等多個意思。

二、美隊和鋼鐵俠，你支持誰?

A. I’ m on captain. America’s side, cause friendship is something that you can’t buy. If I were him, I would do the same thing and never give up on Bucky.

我支持美隊的做法，因為友情不能買賣。如果我是他，我也會做同樣事情并且永遠不會放棄Bucky.

On one’s side 就是在某人一邊的意思，支持某人。 If I were him, 這句話用到了一般現在時態下的虛擬語氣。Give up on somebody 就是放棄某人。

B. I support Iron Man. Even if we know that friends mean a lot to everyone, we should focus on the overall situation.

我支持鋼鐵俠。即使我們知道朋友對每個人來說都意味深遠，但是我們也要以大局為重。

影片開始的時候，鋼鐵俠陣營中的英雄們為了大局簽署了協議，那么大局就是overall situation.

C. Both of them are right, but for different reasons.

他們兩個都做得對，只是各有苦衷罷了。

For different reasons 字面上理解是有不同的理由，但是根據情景可以理解成各有苦衷。
